I was born and raised in the northern suburbs of Detroit, currently reside in Grand Rapids, and grew up camping in northern MI, so you could say I am a native Michigander. I've climbed the Sleeping Bear dunes, tasted wine in the Traverse City wine country, and enjoyed Moomers ice cream. I've hiked to Pictured Rocks, tried a pasty, and went rustic tent camping along Lake Superior. I've jumped off the Grand Haven pier, watched the light show at the musical fountain, and attended the Coast Guard Festival. I've experienced the Woodward Dream Cruise, Royal Oak holiday lights, and saw the Jonas Brothers at Little Caesars Arena. I attended GVSU for education, enjoyed a refreshing Rubaeus at Founders, and watched the 4th of July fireworks in downtown Grand Rapids. You could say I've done it all. I live with my husband, Brent, our daughter, and two fur children named Ralph (cat) and Laker (dog). Teaching is my first passion - I have been a teacher full time for the past 8 years! What started as a way to connect with my students and capture their senior photos turned into a love of connecting with people and capturing beautiful memories for them from family photos to weddings. I'm an adventurous, passionate, go-getter and I'm ready to capture your best days!
